What We Offer
Two product tiers built for different buyer needs — specialty roasters requiring full traceability, and commercial buyers requiring volume and consistency.
Full traceability documentation available per lot. SCA-graded.
Consistent commercial grades for volume buyers and manufacturers.
How We Work
Six integrated stages ensure quality and traceability at every point in the supply chain — from cherry selection to container loading.
We source at wet gabah level — entering the supply chain before most traders. This gives us direct control over moisture progression, processing consistency, and full traceability from farm to bag. Our network spans 40,000+ smallholder families across Sumatra, Java, Flores, and Sulawesi.
Manual and mechanical defect removal. Screen and size sorting to meet buyer specification and SNI export standards.
Wet Hulled · Washed · Natural — method determined by origin characteristics and buyer specification. Managed at origin.
Controlled drying to consistent moisture targets. Parchment removal and hulling. Pre-export moisture and density checks.
SCA-standard grading protocol. Moisture and density testing. Sensory evaluation. Cupping scores available per lot upon request.
GrainPro / Jute bags. Full traceable lot documentation. FOB or CIF via Tanjung Priok (Jakarta) or Belawan (Medan).
